WARRANTY
Teleweld products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at time of shipment from Teleweld’s plant.

WARRANTY PERIOD
This warranty extends for twelve months from date of shipment subject to the following.

LIMITATIONS
Products must be installed, used and maintained in accordance with Teleweld’s instructions. The foregoing warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. Any warranties for equipment manufactured by others, furnished in connection with our products, are limited in all circumstances to whatever warranties are extended to us by the suppliers of such equipment. There is no warranty against damage from misapplication or unusual operating conditions beyond our knowledge or control.

REMEDY
Contact Teleweld to determine which of the following options is to be used by Teleweld.

• Option 1: Return the defective item, with transportation charges prepaid, to Teleweld, Streator, Illinois 61364.
• Option 2: Teleweld will furnish a field service technician.

Under either option, defective items will be repaired or replaced, at our option, at no charge. Such replacement or repair is the exclusive remedy available from Teleweld.

The liability of Teleweld on any claim of any kind whatsoever, or any loss or damage arising out of, connected with, or resulting from this contract, or from the performance or breach thereof, or from the design, manufacture, sale, delivery, resale, installation, technical direction of installation, inspection, repair, operation or use of any equipment covered by or furnished under this contract shall in no case exceed the replacement price for the part which gave rise to the claim. In no event, whether as a result of breach of contract, breach of warranty, or tort shall Teleweld be liable for special or consequential damages, including but not limited to economic loss, loss of profits or revenue, property loss or damage, personal injury, loss of use of the equipment or any associated replacement, cost of capital, cost of substitute equipment, facilities or services, down time costs or claims of customers of the Purchaser for such damages.

The foregoing limitations of liability of Teleweld shall apply notwithstanding any breach on the part of Teleweld of its obligations to repair or replace equipment on any part that does not conform to the foregoing warranties stated herein or to a breach by Teleweld of any other provision of this contract.
